Reliability

Only Tier 1 Hardware components are used in our Recording Systems. Products such as Intel, Seagate, and Adaptec to name a few make up our hardware platform.  Options are also available for Hot Swap Power Supplies as well as Hot Swap RAID 1 and RAID 5 configurations. Microsoft Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 are used as the operating systems adding to reliability. The Stancil Recording System core components run as services within the operating system allowing for dependable, reliable performance.

Search and Replay

Easily find calls you are looking for with a variety of search methods. Search by date and time, channel, tags, dialed digits, and ANI/ALI. Calls are displayed in a tabular view or in a multi-channel graphical view. Multiple calls can be played back simultaneously with the ability to direct the audio to the left or right speakers with individual channel volume adjustments.

Save Recordings

Save recordings as .MP3 or .WAV files easily for attachment to an e-mail. 

Burn Calls to CD/DVD

Built in feature to allow a recording or group of recordings to be burned directly to a CD (Audio or Data format) or DVD. When burning calls to an audio formatted CD, you have the ability to enter a text string which is converted to speech and burned to the CD as an introduction along with the actual calls.

Call Analyzer

Built in feature to allow a copy of a recording to be analyzed and formatted for release to the media. Portions of the recording can be amplified, removed, or silence inserted as required. The Analyzer also allows you to save a portion or the entire recording to .MP3 or .WAV format.

Multi-Channel Playback

Playback or Live Monitor an unlimited number of channels from an unlimited number of client workstations.

Quality Assurance Scoring

Tool to allow for customized agent evaluation. Forms are provided but can be formatted to meet individual requirements. Calls can be played back within the Scoring Template during your evaluation. The evaluation form and the call being evaluated are saved together for later review.
