Manufacturing

Every Stancil TEN-4 Digital Logging Recorder is manufactured at our headquarters in Melbourne, Florida. All components, including voice cards, are Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS).  There are no proprietary hardware components in any of the systems we manufacture.

Test and Quality Assurance

Stancil Solutions maintains a test laboratory where each system is subjected to in process and final acceptance testing. A rigorous automated test regimen subjects each system to conditions far beyond anything experienced in the field before the systems are shipped to a customer.

Help Desk

Stancil Solutions provides a true 24x7 "LIVE" help desk staffed around the clock with factory trained TEN-4 engineers to answer your questions.  Any time of the day or night we will be there for you.  No answering machines or voice mail for call backs, ever.

Maintenance

After the first year warranty period, we offer seven levels of maintenance coverage.  On site service is offered 24x7 with a guaranteed response time of four hours. We have access to directly dispatch over 6,300 field service technicians nationwide.
